Enjoy playing games, learning new skills and strategy and earning prizes at Tennis Camp. Each camper will receive a camp shirt and a bag full of tennis accessories. This five-day camp is for children entering grades 2-5. Tennis pro Pat Ryan (USPTA) and his staff have an exciting week planned for you. Each day also includes a Bible discovery time and snacks.

Camp size is limited to 30 children.

Children must wear tennis shoes and bring sunscreen to camp.

I grant Community Bible Church permission to use photographs that include my child participating in Tennis Camp for promotional purposes. This includes social media platforms, church bulletins, videos, and flyers. The Folsom Telegraph may be visiting Tennis Camp and taking pictures which may accompany an upcoming Tennis Camp article in the Folsom Telegraph.

In the case of emergency, I can be reached by the phone numbers listed.

In the event I cannot be reached, I give my permission to the licensed physician, nurse, or medical care provider designated by the group leader to secure medical aid as required for illness or injury under a physician's orders, including transportation to and from the necessary facilities. I accept the cost of any such treatment.

I hereby release and hold harmless Community Bible Church and camp staff from any and all liability for accident or injury that might occur while participating in and/or traveling to and from such events.
